The instinct to care for the earth continues in all who are sane. If we are stubborn or resolute may it be in aid of our planet, the ground on which we live, the food that comes out of that ground to feed us, Even Buddha put his hand to the ground when he became enlightened. 

It is true that all actions have consequences, and that we cannot know what those consequences will be – we can only guess or hope or fear. That is why we must consider ‘7 generations’ when we act in ways that effect the earth we live upon.

Today is a seventh generation kind of day.
